Woodpeckers

I wanted to share what George saw the other morning. The images are a little grainy but these woodpeckers were on our river oak and I had to show them off. If they were a little higher, my tree face would have ears!

We have a family of Red-Bellied Woodpeckers nearby but these guys are the larger Pileated Woodpeckers and their work echoes through the woods so loudly.
