George did have time to plant the baby lettuce in the raised garden!

George was a busy man over the weekend. He set out the baby lettuce and finished caging the new blueberries as well as installing their irrigation! He has the bird mesh halfway up the sides of the cages and I really like how it’s looking overall.

Its set up along the very back of our little farm so when they mature it will act as a natural privacy wall, at least in the warmer months.
We have three varieties, I may have said four in an earlier post but we actually have four plants each of three varieties.
Tifblue, Brightwell, and PowderBlue
All three are of are blueberries are the rabbiteye variety and will loose their leaves at some point as they are all deciduous shrubs.
